Your event presentations, always in sync.
Receive, review, version and launch every speaker's material: in the right room and always in its latest version. In the cloud, on-site or in hybrid mode.

“Is this the latest version?”
It's the most asked question in the booth. Hundreds of files pass through a congress presentation desk in just a few hours, arriving through different channels, with no control.
USB sticks, WeTransfer and emails
Every speaker sends their material through a different channel, often at the last minute.
final_final_v3_GOOD.pptx
Versions get mixed up and the room ends up launching the wrong one.
Last-minute changes
The speaker fixes a slide ten minutes before and someone has to run to the room.
Unpredictable formats
Keynote on a Windows PC, Prezi, ZIP files or videos that won't open at the worst moment.
The running order changes
A speaker drops out or the order changes, and the room's material no longer matches.
No visibility
From the control desk, nobody knows what each room has or what has already been launched.
One single flow, from speaker to screen
AVCueSync connects speakers, the technical control desk and every room of the event, and makes sure the right material is in the right place.
Control desk
Receives, reviews, versions and distributes.
- Dashboard for the whole event
- Review and approval of every file
- Agenda and running order
- Live status of every room
- Multiple control desks with redundancy
Room client
Receives only its own files and launches them.
- One client per machine: presentations, video or Keynote
- Material in running order
- One-click launcher for every format
- New version alerts
- Dual-screen output and speaker lectern
Speaker portal
Sends material from anywhere.
- Personal link by email
- No accounts or passwords
- Videos and large files
- Notified when the desk approves it
Five steps. Zero USB sticks.
- Step 01Send
The speaker uploads the presentation with a personal link, from wherever they are.
- Step 02Review
The control desk opens, checks and approves it. Nothing goes through without its OK.
- Step 03Sync
The approved file travels to its room, organized and ready, over the local network or the internet.
- Step 04Alert
The room gets an alert: “New version v3”. The previous one is kept.
- Step 05Launch
The technician launches it with one click on the output screen and marks it as launched.
Everything a presentation desk needs, in a single tool
Upload the programme and the files. AVCueSync sorts them out.
Import the running order from Excel or let the AI read your programme as a PDF, Word file or photo: rooms, days, sessions, talks and breaks. Then drop all the files at once and AVCueSync suggests the talk for each one from its name.
- Several speakers per talk: round tables and co-authors
- Suggested assignment: “Soler_echo_v3.pptx” → Dr. Soler
- ZIP and RAR files are extracted automatically
Nothing reaches a room without your OK.
Everything goes through the review inbox: what speakers send, what your team uploads and what is delivered in the rooms. With warnings before going live: a Keynote for a room without a Mac, a video that won't play, a missing font.
- Approve everything without warnings at once
- The speaker gets the reason if it is rejected
- A log of who sent, approved and launched each file
Always the latest version. None ever lost.
Every new file with the same name —even if it ends in “_v2” or “final”— is the next version. The room alerts you as soon as it arrives and any previous version can be restored instantly.
- Automatic numbering v1, v2, v3…
- Roll back in one click, from the desk or the room
- Full history of every file
One click to launch. Zero doubts.
Every machine in the room receives only its own material, sorted by running order and ready to launch: PowerPoint in slideshow mode, PDF, video, audio and images on the output screen, with the controls on the other one.
- Dual-screen player with fades and countdown
- Speaker lectern with notes, next slide and time left
- If the network drops, the room keeps launching from its local copy
Your speakers send from anywhere.
Each speaker gets a personal link by email. No accounts or passwords: open it, drop the presentation and done. They can send new versions up to the last minute.
- Email invitations and reminders
- Large files and video, with resumable uploads
- They can see whether their material is approved
Hi Dr. Soler, this is your personal link to send the material for your talk.
Send my presentationEvery event, with its own look.
The event's logo and colours on everything the audience and speakers see: the room's idle screen, breaks, the programme and the speaker portal.
- Automatic break and programme screens
- Custom background for the idle screen
- Presentation fonts installed automatically in the rooms
Cloud, on-site or hybrid: you choose for each event
Cloud
No server at the venue. Rooms connect over the internet and the material is stored in the cloud.
Ideal for: Small events or rooms spread across venues.
On-site
One or more control desks at the venue, everything over the local network. Works without internet and data never leaves the event.
Ideal for: Confidential content or venues with poor connectivity.
Hybrid
The speed of the local network, while connected to the cloud to receive what speakers send.
Ideal for: Medium and large congresses.
Built so the show never stops
Several desks with a full copy: if one fails, rooms switch to another on their own.
Every machine keeps its material on disk and keeps launching even if the network drops.
Everything goes from the desks and rooms to the cloud, over HTTPS, like a website.
A second room machine mirroring the main one, ready to take over.
Choose your plan. Start for free.
Unlimited events, rooms and machines on every plan. You pay for the cloud storage you use.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. In on-site or hybrid mode, the control desks at the venue and the rooms work over the local network. If the internet (or the network) drops, every room keeps launching from the copy on its disk and catches up when it is back.
What do I need to install?
AVCueSync Central on the presentation desk PC (or nothing if you work only in the cloud) and AVCueSync Sala, the room app, on every room machine. The dashboard runs in the browser.
Does it work with Keynote and Mac?
Every room machine receives what it can launch: Keynote files go to the room's Mac, and the desk warns you before going live if a room has no Mac. The room app for macOS is coming soon; today it runs on Windows.
How many events and rooms can I have?
As many as you like, on every plan. Plans differ in cloud storage and included AI generations.
Can speakers send large videos?
Yes. Uploads go in chunks and resume automatically if the connection drops.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan and pay by card. If you don't, your data is kept, but you can't upload new files to the cloud until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. No lock-in.
From speaker to screen. No USB sticks, no doubts.
